PRIDE WEEK 2027
20 - 26 SEPTEMBER 2027
Write it in your calendar: Leuven Pride will be back!
And this time not just a weekend, but a whole week!
With Leuven Pride on Saturday 25th September 2027.
MAKE YOUR STORY VISIBLE
Leuven Pride 2026 is all about safety. Because far too often, discrimination and violence against LGBTQI+ people is downplayed. "It's not that bad, is it?" Maybe ....until it happens to you.
Verbal aggression, exclusion, intimidation, physical violence, rejection by family — LGBTQI+ people experience this every day, online and on the street. By sharing your story, you make it visible. Big or small, it counts.
Relive Leuven Pride 2026
Leuven Pride 2026 once again filled the streets of Leuven with color and pride. Over 2.000 people gathered at Ladeuzeplein and marched to show their support for the LGBTQI+ community. Even now, In 2026, we still hear testimonials about verbal and physical violence. That's why we stay visible in the public eye. Leuven Pride is a necessary reminder that we are here, we belong and we will not be pushed aside/away. Leuven Pride is for everyone.
