LEUVEN PRIDE 2025
Want to help?
Leuven Pride is back for its second edition – and you can help make a difference! This celebration of love, diversity, and inclusion is only possible thanks to the dedication of passionate volunteers.
Would you like to help build a colourful, warm, and festive Leuven Pride? Whether you're supporting with setup, joining the flyer team, or creating websites or video content – your help is more than welcome!
Leuven Pride belongs to all of us: created, supported, and built by the queer community. Will you join us?
➡️ Send an email to info@leuvenpride.be or leave your details via this form.
We'll get in touch with you soon!
Will you join the Pride Care Team?
Leuven Pride is not only about celebrating, but also about caring for one another. That's why we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Pride Care Team.
What does the Care Team do?
- Keeps an eye out during Pride and related events
- Serves as an accessible point of contact for visitors
- Intervenes in cases of inappropriate or boundary-crossing behavior and offers first support to victims
- Knows how to respond to excessive alcohol or drug use
- Helps maintain a positive atmosphere so everyone can have a safe and enjoyable experience
- Assists visitors with practical questions (for example: where can I find earplugs, where is a taxi, until what time does the event run?)
Training sessions
We are organizing two training sessions:
- Saturday 13 September, 14:00–17:00
- Monday 22 September, 17:00–20:00
Compensation
We provide a standard volunteer allowance.

Pride is for all of us.
Pride is protest*.
Pride is connection.
*Protest (from Latin: pro is 'for', testari is 'to witness') means expressing concern about political or social injustice. Hoping to spark change.
