Lets agree on this together

  • As a volunteer, you embody the values of Leuven Pride

  • - Proud / Safe / Peaceful / Care / Love -

  • You are a host, welcoming people with open arms on behalf of Leuven Pride.
  • Please read our Safer Space Policy in advance.
  • Please read our Accessibility page in advance.
  • Help people where possible and needed.

    During your shift
  • We have zero tolerance for the use of alcohol or drugs.
  • Be kind, inclusive, and respectful: respect names, pronouns, and personal boundaries – ask if you're unsure.
  • Keep an open mind: do not assume someone's gender, sexuality, or background.

    Practicalities
  • If you selected a free ticket, you are on the guest list – give your name at the entrance.
  • Volunteers receive a drink token from their coördinator.
  • There is no food truck - we don't provide food - hungry? check me
  • Dress code: there is none – come as you feel comfortable.
  • If you see or sense something unsafe, message or call Jolien at +32 495 16 59 12.
  • If someone needs medical support, refer them to the First Aid stand.
  • Do you have the last shift? Please help us clean up – many hands make light work!
  • If you receive materials for your shift, return them to your coordinator afterwards

    Important
  • Leuven Pride works together with the Care Team and police services.
Only they are authorized to intervene where needed – no one else.
  • Enjoy Leuven Pride 2025!
